Practice Days: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday
Practice Times:
Monday & Tuesday: Varsity 2:45-4:15pm JV 4:15-5:45pm
Thursday: Varsity 1:45-3:15pm JV 3:15-4:45pm
Practices are located in the Valley Middle School Gymnasium
