The Valley Vikings Running Club is a dynamic and inclusive program designed for middle school students who are passionate about running, fitness, and teamwork. Our club focuses on improving endurance, speed, and overall fitness while promoting a fun and supportive environment. Whether you're an experienced runner or just getting started, the Calavera Hills Running Club offers personalized training to help each member achieve their personal best.

Participants will learn proper running techniques, the importance of warm-ups and cool-downs, and strategies for setting and reaching fitness goals. The club also emphasizes sportsmanship, perseverance, and camaraderie. We host regular practices and celebrate each runner's progress along the way.

Practices are at Valley Middle School Field Monday 2:45-4:00pm and Thursdays 1:45-3:15pm Starting December 16th- March 6th

No Practice December 9th and 12th. No practice for winter break.
